Laura Long
Project Assistant is a graduate of Messiah College with a Bachelor Degree in Business and minor in Math.
Jerry Long
Estimator, General Manager has 30 years of commercial and residential construction experience. Jerry started as a masonry contractor in the mid 70’s. Before joining Long’s, Jerry managed projects for Conestoga Wood Specialties, Warfel Construction, Weaver Companies, and Chief Estimator for Advanced Building Systems in Reading. Jerry is also a Certified Kitchen Designer by the National Kitchen and Bath Association. Jerry is familiar with most local zoning, having served on the local planning commission, zoning hearing board, and completed the county “Master Planner Course” in 2003.
Rick Shupp
Lead carpenter / Supervisor has over 30 years experience. Rick started with 3 years of carpentry training in Vo-tech school, and has done almost all aspects of construction trades since then.
